What a Picture’s Worth

I don’t have a story today. I don’t have a recipe or a project, either. But permit me, if you will, to send you off on the holiday weekend with pictures of wisteria in bloom and my two new, very favorite guys. They have fat bellies, outgrow their collars from week to week, and are the sweetest boys I’ve met in a while. Their not mine, but oh, I wish they were.

Happy long weekend! Here’s hoping you get a chance to sleep under a soft quilt until the sun streams in the windows and wakes you up, that someone will make you laugh so hard you’re sore the next day, and that you take a walk in the twilight, perhaps glimpsing your first firefly.
